NES Advantage

NES Advantage is a podcast where I review games on the Nintendo Entertainment System.

In 1987, I kept showing my parents the Sears Wish Book's ad for the NES, but we ended up with an Atari 7800 for Christmas 1987 instead.  Honestly, I still love my 7800 and played it all of the time.  It taught me to love classic 1980's arcade games.  However, I was not-so-secretly jealous all of my family and friends that had an NES.  In 1996, I finally picked one up in a trade for an old Casio keyboard.  Granted, it was totally obsolete at that point, but I start borrowing from friends and buying games from garage sales.

My personal NES was a gift of a generous former co-worker.  However, I stopped collecting physical games for it and now only use a Krikzz Everdrive N8.  I also own a NES Classic Edition that has been modded and makes for a perfect take on the road retro gaming setup.
